He is persuing MA in Psychology from Amity University and has done multiple Advance Diploma in Career Counselling from Mindler, Counsel India, Green Belt Certified Global Career Counsellor from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension ( UCLA Extension) & Univariety.
Pawan Uppal has done Certificate course in Personal Counselling and Transaction Analysis using Robert Carkhuff Model from Heart To Heart Institute, Mumbai to address psycho-education needs of his counsellee. Pawan Uppal has taken his passion to next level with "WiseMinds", his own setup to which allows him to cater to all types of students from different backgrounds and age groups for their career counselling & Psycho-education needs.
